FEMA
Center to Change Locations
Posted 18 July 2008
FEMA's Disaster
Recovery Center will remain open in Winneshiek County but will move
beginning next week.
Local officials say the center will be relocated from Decorah Middle
School to the Carrie Lee Elementary School. Patrons wishing to access
the center at Carrie Lee School should enter through the middle doors
that provide handicapped accessibility to the facility.
The disaster recovery center is expected to remain open through
Wednesday, July 23.
To date, FEMA has provided financial assistance totaling $824,000 to
451 applicants in Winneshiek County.
