Over $20,000 Raised for Local Flood Relief Posted 9 July 2008 In a combined effort, the Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Winneshiek County and Northeast Iowa Community Action, have received over $20,000 in donations for local flood relief.   The money will help those in Winneshiek County directly affected by last month's flood waters. Donations can still be made to the local Chamber office to assist victims with their recovery needs.
